AVEVA appoints new sales representative in Angola

Software solutions provider AVEVA has appointed Angola’s GN Engineering Service & Solutions as its sales and support services representative in the southern African nation

In a press statement, AVEVA said that Luanda-based GN Engineering Service & Solutions would be responsible for deploying its solutions in the country’s oil and gas, power and maritime industries.  

In Africa, the UK-based firm has established networks in Nigeria, South Africa and Egypt.

AVEVA senior vice president Fredy Ktourza said, “Strategic relationships like this are very important to AVEVA’s growth in key regions like Africa. We see great potential in Angola’s oil & gas, chemicals and mining industries.”

GN Engineering Service & Solutions spokesperson Francisco Faustino said, “We have worked in the same sectors as AVEVA for many years and can add value to their sales and support team within Africa. We look forward to a successful long-term relationship.”
